Ordered men warned to prepare to leave Quft on January 15.

Tuesday, January 4, 1927
I worked alone on photos, etc. In a.m. went down in G 4310 B and ordered packing of coffin. Photos B6110 and A4524.

Wednesday, January 5, 1927
Work as usual.
I took afternoon off. Went to Barrage.

Thursday, January 6, 1927
Office work as usual.

Work on:
(1) G 7200
(2) G 7410

(1) Street G 7200
Had small group of guards employed in filling the trenches in street G 7200. These trenches were dug to expose the foundations of the mastabas for the map and plans.

(2) G 7410
G 7410 B: The floor debris of this room (left after the discovery of the coffin) was cleared out. Under the coffin and in the coffin, fragments of wood, bones plaster and dust. On floor elsewhere fragments of plaster, potsherds, etc.

Filled in trenches as in street G 7200 (see above).
