Dr. Reisner, Mrs. Reisner, and Mary left by 7:15 a.m. train for Alexandria, en route to Boston.

Men arrived from Quft, and men left for leave.

Men employed cleaning camp and magazines.
From Wednesday, September 18 to September 27 1929
Clearing re-arranging magazines 2, 3, 5, 8.
All antiquities in May 8 pit into May 5, No. 8 being used only for household objects. Magazines 3 for large stones and Magazine 5 as general classified stone, with at present the Division objects. Outside pottery put into Magazine 5, and boxes of bronzes, etc. from outside Magazine 5 to the north end of Magazines 7 and 6.

Borrowed gear for lifting sarcophagi from Cairo Museum and transported to Giza.
