(1) West of G 2400
West of that mastaba. In removing the old debris of the old dump. Searching for mastabas and shafts in that place. 1st debris, rubble, sand and big stones. Nothing exposed in that place.

(2) East of G 2401
East of that mastaba and North of G 2402a. Searching for mastabas and shafts in that place. 1st debris mixed with red debris and rubble. Exposed three shafts in that place. Also east of these three shafts appeared a stone mastaba running North. The remains of that lining not yet exposes, and shafts not yet lettered or numbered and not started with them.

(3) West of G 2419
West of that mastaba. Searching for new mastabas and shafts in that place. 1st debris mixed with red debris and rubble. Exposed ten shafts in that place. And no mastabas exposed. We are not certain if these ten shafts belong to one or more mastabas.

West of that mastaba. In removing the old debris from the old dump, searching for the mastabas and shafts in that place. Sand, 1st debris, rubble, stones and dirty debris.
Found in debris:
limestone hammer.
inscribed fragment showing part of the leg of a figure in relief with traces of red paint.

inscribed fragment showing parts of the two legs in relief with traces of red paint.
No mastabas or shafts exposed in that place.

(2) East of G 2401
East of that mastaba. Searching for mastabas and shafts in that place. 1st debris mixed with red debris, rubble and big stones. Exposed in that place two more shafts, but not yet lettered or marked. Not started with them.

(3) West of G 2419
Margin Note: west of G 2419 - debris objects.
West of that mastaba. Searching for mastabas and shafts in that place. 1st debris mixed with red debris, rubble, and big stones. Exposed two more shafts, more than the teh. We Exposed that these shafts belong to two mastabas. We exposed part of the lining of these mastabas on South, North of G 2402b and G 2407. Remains of lining on East, West and North not yet exposed.
Found in debris:
fragment of a limestone figure, leg and part of foot.
small limestone fragment showing part of a bird in relief.
half of an alabaster bowl.

West of the mastaba and north of G 2196 - G 2197. In removing the old dump heap, searching for new mastabas. Sand, limestone debris, rubble and dirty debris. Nothing exposed yet.

(2) East of G 2401
Margin Note: G 2401a - shafts = G 2441a.
East of that mastaba. Searching for new shafts. Limestone debris, and rubble. Exposed a shaft, more than what we exposed before, they are numbered and lettered, G 2401a A, B, C, D, but not started with them, the drawing will be with the drawing of G 2441 - G 2442.
