Limestone door jamb with curse formula inscribed for Ankhudja Itji, identified as [sS a nswt xft-Hr] royal document scribe in the presence. Hoher, schmaler Block mit einer vertikalen Inschriftenzeile in versenkt gearbeiteten Hieroglyphen. Die Inschriftenzeile liegt etwas aus der Mitte des Blockes nach rechts verschoben und ist an den Seiten und unten durch eingravierte Linien begrenzt. Der obere Teil der Inschriftenzeile fehlt. Der Block ist in zwei Teile zerbrochen; die Bruchlinie verläuft von der linken oberen Ecke schräg nach rechts unten und endet an der rechten Kante knapp oberhalb der Unterkante.
