Limestone architrave in four pieces of Hamka (identified as [sHD xntjw-S pr-aA (Hm-nTr) Hr mDdw Hm-nTr xwfw Hm-nTr bjkwy-nbw Hrj-pr pr-aA Hrj-sStA] inspector of palace attendants of the Great House, priest of the Horus Medjedu (Khufu), priest of Khufu, priest of the Two Horuses of Gold (Khufu), major-domo of the Great House, secretary) and his wife Nebuankh (identified as [rxt nswt] royal acquaintance). Architrav mit drei horizontalen Inschriftenzeilen sowie der Darstellung des HAm-kA·j und seiner Frau am linken Ende; Darstellungen und Inschriften sind in versenktem Relief gearbeitet. Das Bildfeld des Architravs ist unten durch eine dünne, eingravierte Linie begrenzt, die gleichzeitig auch als Standlinie für die Darstellung des H|Äm-kÄ·j und seiner Frau fungiert, die obere Bildfeldbegrenzungslinie ist nur in der linken Hälfte des Architravs ausgeführt. Am rechten und linken Rand fehlen die vertikalen Bildfeldbegrenzungslinien. Die Inschrift enthält die Opferformel, bestehend aus Königsformel, Gottesformeln, Gnadenbitten und Titel des Gnadenempfängers; weitere Titel sowie der Name des Gnadenempfängers stehen in vertikaler Anordnung vor der Darstellung des H|Äm-kÄ·j . Der Name der Frau steht in horizontaler Anordnung oberhalb der Darstellung des sitzenden Paares.
