G 4981 A: In shaft. Lined above with rubble and cut in bad rock below. It is south of the room and east of shaft C. Total depth 1.8 meters, sand, limestone debris, rubble and red debris. Ends at rock. No chamber, only broken through shaft C on west.
G 4981 B: In shaft. Ends at bad rock. Lined with rubble. It is north of the room and east of E. Total depth 75 cm, sand and limestone debris. Ends at rock. No chamber. Type 7X.
G 4981 C: In shaft and chamber. Lined above with rubble and cut in bad rock below. It is west of A and south of D. Total depth 3.35 meters, sand, limestone debris, red debris and rubble. Chamber on south cut in bad rock. No blocking. Cleared. Drawing.
G 4981 D: In shaft and chamber. It is lined above with rubble and cut in rock below. It is west of the room, north of C and south of E. Total depth 6.05 meters, sand, limestone debris, rubble and red debris. In shaft on south is a cutting in rock, running ca. 14 cm. Perhaps they were going to make it a chamber. Chamber on north cut in rock. No blocking. Cleared. Drawing.
G 4981 E: In shaft. Lined above with rubble and cut in rock below. It is north of D and west of B. Total depth 2.25 meters, sand, limestone debris and rubble. Ends at rock. No chamber. Type 7X.
G 4981 X: In shaft and chamber. Lined above with crude brick topped with masonry and cut in rock below. It is east of the mastaba and west of G 5080 and south of Y. Total depth 3.31 meters, sand. Chamber on west very small, cut in rock. No blocking. Cleared. Drawing on page 994.
G 4981 Y: In shaft. Ends at rock. Lined with masonry. It is west of G 5080, north of X and east of G 4981a. Total depth 1.2 meters. Sand, limestone debris and rubble. Ends at rock. No chamber. Type 7X.
