G 2421 A: In shaft and chamber. It is the first shaft on S: It is S of B and W of the serdab in which we found the statues before: It is lined with stones above and rock below: Total depth 5.35 meters, sand above and underneath limestone debris, dubsh and stones thrown into the shaft: In the chamber dubsh and stones. Chamber on E: cut in rock, no blocking. Found in shaft debris: limestone fragment not inscribed [36-6-2b] (perhaps from basis of a statue), wooden headrest [36-6-4] found between the stones in the chamber, sandstone fragment with green copper [36-6-5], alabaster cylinder vase [36-6-3]. Cleared. Drawing on page 336.
G 2421 B: In shaft and in chamber I. It is N of A and S of C. Lined with stones above and rock below: Down 3.50 meters, limestone debris, dubsh and some stones. Chamber I appears on W: lined and roofed with stones, only the floor is cut in rock. No blocking found in chamber I debris: bones of an animal. Chamber I cleared. Not reached the rock in shaft, and not reached chamber II.
