Rock-cut tomb in far Western Cemetery, one of three numbered "North Cliff" tombs. Used as air raid shelters by Egyptian workmen during World War II. Plans EG020822 and EG020839 date to 1939 and 1942. Pencil note by William Stevenson Smith on EG020822 refers to NC 2: "Rock cut tombs due north of Harvard Camp. Used as air raid shelters during War. In 1930 I saw traces of paintings on columns in central one. Had the idea then this was an 18th Dynasty tomb or NK. WSS 1946"
