According to Reisner (GN3_L05_p142) G 1121 has 4 shafts (A, B, X, Y) and shaft X has two chambers: the eastern one in which the false door of Ipi and Merut was found, and a western one which is equivalent to G 1076 (see EG000500). However, he later states (GN3_L04_Text_changes_p003): "This pit [G 1076] cannot be marked G 1076 = G 1121 X as there are two pits. G 1076 is earlier and built under G 1121 X."
