Block of limestone sunk relief inscription; corner block (bottom of right door jamb) with portions of two vertical columns and one horizontal band of inscription: bottom of two columns of text (only left column really preserved, but traces of right) with incised vertical band separating them: (left) m nb jmAx xr nb=f, (right) illegible; horizontal line at bottom with tomb owner's name: Ax(mrwt)nswt (mrwt not preserved) (mirror image of MFA 47.1894); traces of plaster with red and blue pigment.

Complete inscription (identical on each side) reads: Inner jambs: [Htp dj nswt Htp dj jnpw xntj sH-nTr qrs m Xrt-nTr m nb jmAx xr nb=f ] "An offering which the king gives (and) an offering which Anubis, foremost of the divine booth, gives (of) burial in the necropolis as a possessor of reverence before his lord." Outer jambs: [jmj-r st xntjw-S n pr-aA jmj-r Xrjw-a nswt n pr-aA jr=n n=f nw r jmAx=f] "Overseer of the department of palace attendants of the Great House, overseer of the royal authorizations of the Great House, he made this (i.e. the door?) for himself that he might be revered." Horizontal at bottom of each side: [Axmrtnswt] "Akhmerutnisut."

Roth (Mummies & Magic, p. 87) suggests: "If this lintel was not taken from the tomb of the elder [Akhmerutnisut] (there is no obvious place in that tomb to restore it), it may have been taken from a lost chapel built by his son."
