Twelve faience ushabtis [Type III 4d] (part of group of 13 ushabtis including twelve from 25-6-72 and one from 25-4-1); [handmade (not molded), details cut with blade, hard-baked fine grained grey paste tinged bluish by color of glaze, thick vitreous blue green glaze, faded and spotted in some examples with brown organic matter, two narrow lappets in front and one broad (behind) on back, divine beard not clearly formed, hands opposite each other, right hand on left side, left hand on right side, arms covered by wrappings, in right hand large wooden hoe (incised on some, but in relief on others) on front of left shoulder and cord passing over left shoulder to basket or sack on back of same shoulder, in left hand hoe with metal blade (incised or in relief) on right shoulder, back support broad pilaster reaches from bottom of broad lappet to base under feet which merges in back support behind], inscribed, with slight variations [GLYPHS], [there appears Osiris and speaks before the Gods formed by (variant: born of) Neit, saying: 'O ushabti, etc...' NB.
