…two weeks longer. Asked that £E. 40 be telegraphed him. I left on the 3 o’clock tram for Cairo, but the bank was closed. Arrived back in camp at 5:30. Hafiz and Reis Mahmud here all the evening. Reis Mahmud and I are to go with Hafiz tomorrow evening to the preliminary of a native wedding.
