The workforce was 150 workmen. Work was progressing on (1) Avenue [G] 2; (2) Street [G] 7100; (3) Street [G] 7400; (4) shaft 7101 Z; (5) shaft 7102 C; (6) shaft 7111 B; (7) shaft 7111 C; (8) shaft 7112 B; (9) shaft 7112 C; (10) shaft 7112 D; (11) shaft 7130 X [=G 7133 X]; (12) shaft 7211 D; (13) rock-cut [shaft] 7211 E; (14) shaft 7214 C; (15) shaft 7214 F; and (16) Mastaba 7510.

(1) [Avenue G] 2

Work was progressing on Avenue [G] 2, between Mastabas 7320, 7330, 7420 and 7430. They were removing debris of limestone chips, rubble, stone blocks, potsherds and mud bricks. The debris is mixed up because of sebakh-digging activities. They were proceeding eastward exposing the mud brick walls of Mastaba 7331 [see note on this tomb on page 76]. They found on this street:

(2) [Street G] 7100

A crew of workmen was working on this street. They were exposing the foundation platforms of Mastaba 7110 and Mastaba 7210. They were also clearing the shafts located between the two mastabas.

(3) [Street G] 7400

Work was progressing on this street. The workmen were removing debris of sand, limestone chips and stone blocks. The debris is from the dump area. Under this debris, there is a layer of sand and stone blocks. This layer of debris is from the walls of Mastaba 7410 and Mastaba 7510. In the morning, the workmen were using buckets to remove the debris, but we extended the railways to this area after the breakfast break.
