(1) [Street G] 7100 (continued)

A crew of workmen was working on the area around the south corner of Mastaba 7110, between this mastaba and Mastaba 7121. They were removing debris of rubble, limestone chips and dark soil. We found out that this area is the chapel of Mastaba 7110. The chapel is destroyed completely. They found:
.. fragments of a limestone sphinx; the hind part
1 flint tool
1 base of a faience cup
1 fragment of a diorite statuette
1 lower part of a diorite statuette
3 discoid faience beads
1 fragment of a faience object
1 faience hand
1 discoid faience bead
½ faience eye-shaped amulet
1 limestone fragment, inscribed with the image of a deity

At 4:00 pm, this area of excavation around Mastaba 7120 became very crowded with workmen. So we had to move some workmen to the north of the chapel of Mastaba 7110. They were removing debris of sand and limestone chips.

(2) [Street G] 7200

Work was progressing on Street [G] 7200, right in front of Mastaba 7220. They were removing debris of limestone chips, rubble, stone blocks, potsherds and dark soil. The debris is mixed up because of sebakh-digging activities. They found in the debris:
1 pottery jug, broken
1 pottery bead
1 discoid faience bead
1 fragment of faience bowl
½ faience ring, inscribed
1 crown fragment of a faience figurine
1 mouth fragment of a faience figurine of a baboon
.. discoid faience beads
1 fragment of a hammer
1 limestone fragment, inscribed with scenes

They uncovered under these artifacts a layer of debris of limestone chips, sand and rubble. We cleared the chapel. It is completely destroyed; only the niche remains.

(3) [Street G] 7300

A crew of workmen was on Street [G] 7300, right in front of Mastaba 7310. They were removing debris of limestone chips, rubble and sand. This debris was from shaft 7310 B.
