We moved the skeleton that was in the burial chamber of this shaft. We also moved the wooden headrest that was under the head of the deceased. They cleared the burial chamber. Here is its drawing:

We moved the skeleton that was in the burial chamber of this shaft. We also moved the pottery dish that was next to the deceased’s feet. They cleared the burial chamber. Here is its drawing:

Shaft [2347] A [= G 5551 A]

We moved the skeleton that was in the burial chamber of this shaft. We also moved the stucco mask that was near the deceased’s head. They cleared the burial chamber. On the next page (2069) is its drawing.

Shaft [2347] C [= G 5551 C]

Barbary [Ahmed] and 7 workmen were in this shaft. Its walls are rubble and mud-brick on top and [it is] cut into the Gebel on [the] bottom. The shaft is south of shafts [2347] A and B [= G 5551 A and B]. They dug down a total of 185 cm. The debris is limestone chips, rubble, and dark soil. They have not yet reached the rock bottom of the shaft, nor have they found the burial chamber.
