In the street, east of G 4311, search for the lining of the mastaba on east and the southeast corner for drawing. Also on south, in the street north of G 4310 for drawing. Exposed the southeast corner and some of the lining on east.

In preparing a railway line from this mastaba running to west, south of G 4220, to remove the debris from this mastaba and the debris south of G 4220.

Received a telegram from Ahmed Said [Ahmed Said Ahmed] say[ing] "guards left Quft by the 5 p.m. train, will arrive at Giza 6 a.m."

Eleven guards arrived today, also Attito [Attito Mahmud] and Abd el Salam. Eleven guards left today, also Mahmud Ali and Ahmed.
