G 1408+9 B: Opened the blocking of the chamber. Stones, dubsh and some mud. Debris and body head on north appears in chamber. Found in debris underneath chamber blocking: flint knife.

(1) G 1407
To expose the southwest corner of the mastaba. Sand, limestone debris and broken mud brick. The southwest corner not yet exposed.

(2) G 1408+9 [= G 1408+1409]
G 1408+9 B: In chamber. Sand. Cleared the chamber and cleared the body for photo.

(1) G 1407
To expose the southwest corner of the mastaba and searching for the mastaba casing. Sand, limestone debris and broken mud brick. Exposed the mastaba casing on south lined with stones.

(2) G 2000
G 2000 B: In shaft. Total depth 39.1 meters. Removed the body, the ox bones, the two pots and the fragments of the wooden coffin. They were in chamber I on south. Mr. Bill drew the two chamber I and II. Cleared the street of chamber I on south. Dubsh and black debris. Found in debris in the first of the street above: hand of a man with its skin.

G 1401 A: In shaft and in chamber II. Limestone debris and some potsherds. Found in shaft debris under chamber II: fragment of sandstone with green stain copper [35-4-27]. Removed the skeleton [35-4-26] from the chamber. Chamber III appears on south cut in rock blocked with dubsh and on it some mud. Rock in shaft not reached. Chamber III blocking left for photo.

(2) G 1404
G 1404 A: In chamber. Sand and broken mud brick. Found in chamber debris: scattered bones [35-4-25], fragments of wood [35-4-28], two fragments of copper [35-4-29a, 35-4-29b] same as (Tarakib _____). Drawing.
