On the top of the mastaba in digging a trench on the southeast side. Search for shafts in the rooms. Sand, limestone debris, dubsh, stones, pebble and underneath potsherds and fragments of mud brick. Exposed today two shafts west of the east room, shaft in the north room and fourth[?] in the east room. Not reached the rock in the trench.
