Wheeler drew plan (1:5 scale) on page 585-586 of notes and treated cloth under 678a, b, c.

Removed No. 682: (continued). See page 585-586 and A3952.
(34)-(57) all red brown ware bowl potsherds.
Under these much scale and dust from decayed red brown ware bowls, run down from above see No. 677 supra. Brushed up this rubbish.

Removed No. 680c: See page 579-580 and A3952.
This is the rest of the fabric and leather(?) lying over 678 d and e.

Removed No. 678e: This is the fragment of 678 which has the spout (cf. 628). On it fragments wood, plaster, fabric, etc. and scraps of potsherds. Also 678(1) a scrap of gold from bed.
It now appears that there is no 678d, or rather that d and f are the same.

Resumed No. 675: See page 585-586 and A3952.

(59) red brown ware bowl [ILLUSTRATION]
(67) red ware saucer [ILLUSTRATION] plaster on outside (i.e. used as jar stopper, core of plaster stopper)
(69) fragment of alabaster bowl
(73) fragment of gold
and all the rest are parts of the big red ware basin [ILLUSTRATION] diameter over 40 cm, hole in bottom.

Treated newly exposed parts of fabric under 678.

No. 683a: Decayed bar east-west fibers which may be south end bar of bed, removed eastern section 683a. see page 585 and A3953.
