Swept off the next layer of pottery in three strips (a), (b), (c).
i) bits of "gray muck" (cloth)
ii) fragments of wood
iii) scraps of pottery, flakes, and pottery decay
iv) layer of decayed cloth, dust
v) scraps of plaster and mud
vi) scraps of copper
vii) scraps of gold

No. 1472: potsherds, continuation of 1470. A4464.
(1)-(154) mostly scraps of red brown ware as 1201 and 1207 but some of red ware tub, of red ware lid, etc.

No. 1473: the floor dust just north of coffin. See B6096.
The usual limestone dust with bits of limestone, plaster, etc.
Also two scraps of gold, three scraps of copper from pole-tenon, and fragments of rilled plaster (reed mat?).

No. 1474: Area between coffin and east wall. Wheeler began clearing away floor debris but stopped to get in with potsherds. See below.

No. 1475: Area under 1472. See A4465.
Swept off debris over this area exposing potsherds and further parts of box 1195, pottery, wood, cloth, dust, etc.
