Clearing street east of G 5030 of sand and hard packed gravelly debris.

Clearing street between G 5020 and G 5110. Sand mixed with limestone fragments.

Finished clearing pit G 5010 A. Dark debris mixed with limestone fragments.
(4) G 5230
Clearing pit G 5230 S of dark debris. Cleared out Roman burial and underlying sand. In underlying sand: right forearm and clenched fist of male statue, in two pieces, of limestone painted red; fragments of another smaller red-painted limestone arm with thumb, and parts of two fingers of clenched fist; fragments of limestone with traces of black and yellow paint; fragments of red granite blocks with bits of ankle (?) from statuette.
(4) Between G 5230 S and G 5220
In space between G 5230 S and G 5220, cleared out rubble debris. In debris: fragments of alabaster statue, including bit of dress (life-sized or larger), fragment of arm smaller alabaster statue, two fragments of white marble mace-heads, fragments of red granite block, limestone fragment.
