West of that mastaba, in removing the old dumps. Searching for new mastabas and new shafts in that place. Sand, limestone debris, rubble, stones, dirty debris and potsherds. Found in debris: limestone fragment inscribed in relief (showing legs and feet of a statuette). Limestone fragment in relief (part of a sign, letter), nummulitic limestone fragment inscribed (show a chicken in relief), nummulitic limestone fragment inscribed (showing a sign in sunk relief), nummulitic limestone fragment inscribed (showing horizontal? vertical? lines in relief). Sketch of the stones of page 875. No new mastabas or shafts appeared in that place.
Preparing a railway line running from east to west, started from west on top of G 2421 and G 2428 running to east in the excavations.
