A stone mastaba. West of G 5232, north of G 5235 and east of G 5237 with seven shafts. A-G. Sketch of G 5236 and G 5237 [see previous page].

G 5236 A: In shaft. Lined above with masonry and cut in rock below. It is south of B and east of E. Total depth 5.65 meters. Excavated before 3.5 meters. Sand, dirty debris and drift papers. Chamber on west. Cut in rock. Blocked with two slabs leaning on rubble and bound with traces of mud. Left for photo.

G 5236 B: In shaft and chamber. Lined above with rubble and cut in rock below. It is north of A and south of C. Total depth 2.85 meters. Excavated before 1.3 meters. Dirty debris and drift sand. In the chamber traces of bones. In shaft on south three unfinished cuttings (perhaps they were going to make the chamber there but left it). Chamber on east. Cut in rock. No blocking. Cleared. Drawing.

G 5236 C: In shaft. Lined above with rubble and cut in rock below. It is north of B and south of D. Total depth 3.15 meters. Excavated before 1.2 meters. Sand, and dirty debris. Chamber on west. cut in rock. Blocked with rubble and traces of mud bounding. Left for photo.

G 5236 D: In shaft and chamber. Lined above with rubble and cut in bad rock below. It is north of C and east of G. Total depth 3.35 meters. Sand, dirty debris and drift sand. Chamber on west. Cut in bad rock. Roofed with one slab. Cleared. Drawing.
