Inscribed limestone lintel; owner depicted at either end worshipping two divine triads: Osiris, Horus, and Isis (facing left), and Ptah, Sekhmet, and Nefertum (facing right), inscribed above Ptah: [rmT ms nTrw], above Nefertum: [xw tAwy]; broken in three parts, chipped, cleaned and fitted together by William Young early in 1949.
