Faience ushabtis
Series of very crude hand worked faience ushabtis of varying sizes and details, but all apparently from same hand or same shop (cf. also 27-4-1081); hand cut (many appear to have been first molded in rough molds and then hand dressed), soft porous drab paste with greenish center, poor thin pale blue or pale green glaze, lappet wig and beard, hands crossed and opposite, implements in hands not indicated or indicated only faintly: b) three examples (one perfect); like 27-4-1080a, but with no lines on pilaster to mark end of wig. Illustration: No
