Thursday, January 14, 1915

Clearing drift sand from offering chamber of 4511 (Nefer-yhiy). Nefer-yhiy was the overseer of the Pyramids of Chepren and Mycerinus.
Trench and street south of 5110 practically cleared. In trench was found a limestone slab with a fine painted inscription in red.
Clearing street east of 4930. In street near west face of 5030 were found two small alabaster jars (unfinished).
Clearing pit 5030 B. In debris was found a limestone jar and fragments of two others.

Friday, January 15, 1915

Clearing sand from offering chamber of 4511. Beside the northern column two fragments of painted limestone statuette (head, and part of basis with feet).
Finished cleaning burial put 5030 B.
Clearing street between 5020 and 5030 of sand and gravelly debris, which covers a smaller mastaba.
Clearing street between 5020 and 5110.
Work on burial pits 5010 A and B.
