(1) G 2019b
This mastaba is west of G 2023, east of G 2019a and north of G 2027b. It is lined with stones and mud-brick. The lining on south runs underneath mastaba G 2027. In this mastaba on north, appears mud-brick stela. Exposed two shafts A and B.

G 2019b A: In shaft. Lined with mud-brick, dubsh and bound with gypsum above and rock-cut below. Total depth 4.1 meters. White limestone debris and dubsh underneath. Chamber on west. Cut in rock. It was blocked with crude brick, because we found the remains of the blocking inside the chamber. A wooden coffin with lid in place (broken). Coffin left for photo and drawing.

(2) G 2023
This mastaba is north of G 2021a and G 2024, west of G 2021 and G 2022 east of G 2019b and G 2027b and south of G 2041. It is lined with dubsh and cased with stones and partly destroyed. Exposed shafts A, X, Y, Z, U, W, and T. In the middle of the mastaba is a room with stela uninscribed.

G 2023 X: In shaft and chamber. It is in the room of the mastaba lined with stones. Total depth 2.3 meters. Excavated before 1 meter. Drift sand. Chamber on south. Lined and roofed with stones. No blocking. Cleared. Open and empty. Drawing.

G 2023 Y: In shaft. It is lined with dubsh, stones and crude brick to the beginning of the rock. It is east of X. Total depth 2.3 meters. Drift sand. Chamber on east. Lined with dubsh and roofed with stones. No blocking. Chamber not yet cleared.

G 2023 Z: In shaft. It is north of Y and south of U. Lined with stones on three sides, north, south and east. On west lined with dubsh, crude brick underneath and rock-cut below. Partly destroyed. Down two meters. Limestone debris, dirty debris and stones. Not reached the rock in shaft and not reached the chamber.

G 2023 U: In shaft. It is north of Z and south of W. Lined with crude brick. Only on north partly destroyed. Down 1.55 meters. Dirty debris, limestone debris and dubsh. In shaft appears the roof of chamber west, with stones and dubsh. Stopped work in shaft to remove the roof of chamber west after drawing. Drawing of the mastabas in which the work resumed today on page 525, and the drawing of mastaba G 2024, G 2027a and also G 2027b.
