Wrote to Captain DeBucy, Provost Marshall, Mena House, asking him to put his official signature on the notices which are carried by the guards.
Sergeants G.T. Clarke and G. N. Draper, C Company, 1st Battalion, 1st Infantry Brigade, Australian Imperial Forces, came up this evening, and we went down for a moonlight view of the Sphinx. They are leaving for the front early next week.
Very hot today, the glasses at the lower camp registering 84° at noon.
