Day of rest.
Dunham and I worked on G 7000 X
(1) G 7000 X
Dunham drew area from first to second flower element in board uncovered yesterday (face down). This board is called (Z). (Z) runs under 311 (see below), and over (Z) and 311 lie scattered inlays apparently from the great sheet (Y), but (Y) seems to be under (Z) for the greater part.
Removed No. 310: (1)-(9) miscellaneous inlays.
Removed No. 311: Part of edge band of (Z) adjoins No. 306 on west
The flower elements etc of (Z) were now exposed to top of large stone on west, here it was interrupted but similar flower elements are seen further west.
*A3748: (whole of (Z))
Dows Dunham drew (Z) = 312.
Removed 312: (1)-(26) inlays of (Z) as far as found in place.
The gold frame was still attached to the edge band (315). 315 could not be moved because of fragments of gold sheet (313) belonging to the fragments about copper ewer and basin.
Removed 313: [ILLUSTRATION].
Removed 312: (27)-(33) flower inlays of (Z) etc.
No. 314: Gold hieroglyph [GLYPHS].
No. 315: Gold frame of (Z) and edge band.
