Work on ground north of G 2192.

Work on passage between G 2210 and G 2220. The chamber of G 2210 has been completely removed, to judge by the hardness of the drift sand, not in recent times. North of the chamber is a mastaba with a stela of a [GLYPHS].

In G 2193, one of the intrusive pits contained red polished pottery, fragment of a bowl, [ILLUSTRATION] of the usual Old Kingdom type. Also part of the basis of a statuette of a woman grinding grain. [ILLUSTRATION]

After tea wrote formal application for Schiaparelli concession.
